Ordering

How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart and check out securely online. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can make changes before it ships, but can't guarantee changes once an order is in processing.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders over AED 300. Orders under that qualify for standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Sizing

How do I find my size?

Each product page lists the available sizes for that item — from S–XL for tops and hoodies, numeric waist sizes for jeans and pants, and age ranges for kids' pieces. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for our relaxed, oversized fits.
